Welcome to Crieff and The Bank Restaurant, right in the centre of Crieff. It's a
charming, small town in Scotland, on the A85, 17 miles West of Perth. Owned and run
by Bill and Lilias McGuigan, the restaurant, which seats just 22, is in the former
British Linen Bank; a fascinating Grade One listed building. It retains most of its
original features. Our menu style is based on fresh ingredients sourced here in Scotland,
and from around the British isles; combined with an interesting wine list, and friendly,
efficient service.
We have reviews in the "Scottish Food Guide", 2004/5 the "AA Guide" with two rosettes,
"Sunday Herald", "Taste of Scotland" 2003, "Scotland the Best" 2004 and also the
"Guide Michelin" 2004. We've won numerous awards over the last five years, and we'll
continue to be at the forefront of modern Scottish cooking for many years to come.
